We are beyond excited to announce that Errez Designed Orangetheory Fitness Headquarters has won the very prestigious 2021 Toby award for Best Corporate Facility. We worked closely with the Orangetheory team to create a space that not only functioned and looked great. It was also very important for us to create a space that reflected their corporate culture and spirt.

From the moment you walk into the Orangetheory® headquarters in Boca Raton Florida you'll realize that this is not your typical office space. You're immediately welcomed by a tangible feeling of aliveness, innovation, and energy. We closely collaborated with the leaders of the company to help them realize their vision of creating a vibrant workplace like none other. Each space had to uniquely capture elements of their company's mission of 'more life". We used a variety of elements to create a diverse group of environments for working, relaxing, recharging, and collaborating. Our mission was to embody the spirit of the brand in every way.

The Orangetheory® headquarters took the prize of best corporate facility. Nine Broward and Palm Beach properties were pronounced local TOBY® Award winners at the BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beach 2021 TOBY® Gala on Friday, November 5, 2021. More than 300 commercial real estate professionals and guests gathered to celebrate the entrants and their property management teams at the annual gala held at Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach.

The TOBY® Awards are the most prestigious awards for commercial real estate in the country and honoring the finest in property management.

All facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated during the competition, from community involvement and site management to environmental policies and procedures. Qualifying winners are able to compete at the regional level with winners being announced at the BOMA Southern Region Conference hosted March 24-26, 2022, in Tampa, Florida. Winners of the Southern Region TOBY® are eligible to compete at the International level.

We incorporated four main themes as we approached the design:

2. Celebration of Florida roots.

3. Art program

We created the Orangetheory® art program which is dedicated to serving the building’s community through the implementation of art installations dedicated to culturally enriching the environment and enhancing the creative pride of the company culture. The art program promotes collaboration and creativity while also enhancing the visual quality of the spaces. At best, the art installations transform spaces to lift spirits and connectivity to creativity within the teams. Giving back to the building through art supports the elevation of each space.

4. Community building

It was important to us that every space we touch would encourage community building within the team.
